trying to get some muscles back

Went to the gym tonight with my dad. My second time back in the gym after getting really sick in October. It was soo busy which was rather annoying and after a while my body started shaking. But, I worked out hard for about 45minutes, the time flies when I'm at the gym. Normaly I would be there for about 1,5-2h. But right now I'm just trying to get some muscles back and wake my body up. 

I'm exausted, wish I was asleep already but I just had to watch the new episode of Milred Pierce. Now though it's time for bed at 9:40pm. What can I say, one day I'm up until 00:00 and the next I could be asleep by 9pm.

en helt vanlig måndag

Vixi ligger och sover bredvid mig här i soffan. Hon är sååå söt när hon sover, man vill bara äta upp na! 

Min vardag från idag - slutet av januari kommer se ut så här:
06:50 vaknar, går upp, gör frukost
07:00 det ringer på dörren, Vixi är här! Äter frukost
07:30 går & lägger oss igen
10:00 vi går upp, tar ett litet snack
11:30 ut på lunch prommis
12:00 fixas/äter lunch
14:00 v.b. en nap!
12-16:00 olika sysslor
16:00 min dag som hundvakt slut.

Jag kommer alltså ha minigrisen kl 07.00-16.00 måndag - fredag. Riktigt mysigt med sällskap och då slipper Vixi vara själv samt mamma stressa hem på lunchen.

PJ's rock

I bought a new PJ today, it was only 100kr what a bargain!! and thank god I bought a size too big cause holy smokes it shrunk! The pants are perfect but the top, hmm ... could be bigger. I like it though, nice and cosy in my coldish apartment.

It's 00.22 and I should have been asleep hours ago. Oh well, what can I say. My mind just keeps on going and going. The body is aching and falling asleep though so I think I'm going to watch an episode of The Big Bang Theory and then close my eyes. How awesome is that show btw!?

Sorry for the terrible update the last couple of days, will try and update tomorrow about the doctors visist etc.  when I have the energy & time.

Tonight Nicole (Fanny for us Swedes) stopped by for some afternoon tea. Yummi tea, baguettes and biscuit/cupcakes. Yumyum in my tumtum (well my tummy did not like it, but the rest of me did lol). Haven't seen her for ages, but that has to change. She's so much fun and we are so alike. I've missed hanging out with that crazy girl! :)

sjukdom & läkarbesök

Var in till sjukan igår (torsdag) för att träffa min läkare. Skriver mer om det senare idag. Good news & bad.

Åh, saknar shoppingen i England som en liten idiot. Vad hände med min & mammas shopping trip? Just ja. Någon som blev dålig & inte läge för mig att dra någonstans än. 


Jag blir helt sjuk, är inne & snokar på DorothyPerkins, Republic, TopShop RiverIsland. Måste sluta med det omedelbums. Det är inte bra för själen. Älskar deras rea, COME TO MAMA. 

- I really miss shopping in England. What happened to my shopping trip to the U.K? Oh that's right, some one is to ill to go anywhere right now. Which totally stinks! I have to stop looking at all the different websites, it's making me go a little bit crazy.

läkare & sjukdomar

Min läkare ringde igår, ska in och träffa henne på torsdag. Mina levervärden har börjat gå ner igen, men är dock inte nere på det "normala". Känns ganska så irriterande! För då är antagligen levern/mjälten fortf. förstorade och då måste jag fortsätta vara extra försiktig.

Sen ska min läkare från hud ringa imorgon. Så hoppas det börjar hända lite saker nu! Jag har ju inte bara mina sjukdomar i magen att tänka på utan även någon slags hud-sjukdom som jag väntar få svar på.


- My doctor called me yesterday, got an appointment for thursday. My results from the bloodtest I took last week came back yesterday and my liver results are finally on their way down again. But,  are still way to high. Pretty darn annoying, cause it means that my liver/spleen are still swollen so I still need to be extra careful. My skindoctor is going to call me, with some results I hope, tomorrow. I don't only have my liver diseases to worry about but also some kind of skin disease. Buu. :(

Mildred Pierce & spray

Nu vet jag! Ska slå mig ner i soffan och kika på första avsnittet av Mildred Pierce på SVTplay. Huvudrollen har ingen mindre än Kate Winslet som är helt fantastisk i allt hon gör. Andra delen visas på SVT2 ikväll.

Nyss precis duschat, diskat och fönat håret med John Frieda lightening spray, som är så bra! Ett super tips till alla blondiner som vill slippa trött höst/vinter hår. Man ser skillnad redan efter första gången!

020112 Rain?

Today I am staying inside.Where the heck did all the nice white snow go? Today it's 3+ and raining RAINING! It's not ok on any level. Buuuuu ... I am not risking my life trying to put my foot outside. Wouldn't be a good idea for me to slip and fall right now. So what to dooo ...

I love my new coat & boots. Lovelovelove.

It's not often that I "dress up" now a days, I walk around in sweatpants and sweatshirts most of the time. Why not, when I am not feeling well and my tummy is swollen a lot of the time it's the most comfy! But, getting dressed up and putting on make-up sure helps to make me feel a little bit better oh and I don't want to look like a ghost out in public haha.

2011 - PART 2

Ipswich - Swedish midsummer party

June 2011 - Sofies visit in Ipswich! Spent a looong day in London. Queen - the musical is sooo awesome it's insane! This was my second time seeing it and I could easily see it a couple of more times. Also had a crazy night out and a couple of days shopping & relaxing. 

JULY 2011 - I packed my bag twice for Sweden. Spent a couple of days beginning of July for PowerMeet but was really ill all weekend. So stayed in bed until my flight home. Totally useless trip! Was ill for weeks and weeks after that too. Hello antibiotics!

The next trip home to Sweden was a lot more fun. A couple of nights of partying with the girls and then a crazy last minute night out with Jenny. Had time to visit my nan and other things too. 

August 2011 - moved back home to Västerås, Sweden. Daniel moved to China for 6months and I just moved back home so we just had to have a party right! This was also the last time drinking for me. For some odd reason Anna and I decided to walk home in the pooouring rain. We were soaked! Not a good idea haha. Luckily I will never be in the same state of mind again to agree to such a stupid idea.

September - October  2011 I started working again at Kunskapsskolan.

Just when things were looking up everything came crashing down. 

OCTOBER 2011 - admitted to the hospital for the first time ... Since then I've been in and out of hospital.

October - December 2011 has been the worst months of my whole entire life & unfortunately it's not over yet. 

The only good thing that has happened since October is that I've moved to my own place again. I love my new home. So cosy and so me. Still see my parents a lot, everyday so far haha. Never thought I would be happy to live around the corner from them. But I am, and couldn't be without my Vixi for too long either so ..

This year has been the craziest for me so far. Been through so much, both good and bad. Met so many new amazing people. Made a lot of new friends and seen a lot of new places etc. Can't say that I am looking forward to this new year but hey I've got to make the most of it. Trying to keep my head up and live with it. I can't do much more than that.

I want to thank everyone for your get well wishes these past couple of months from friends in the U.S, U.K and here in Sweden. Still need your support as my journey is far from over even thougn I am hoping it will only get better from here! Bring on 2012

2011 - PART 1

my last experience as an AU PAIR! New Years Eve 2010 I celebrated in Colorado with the Sjobloms. I left Sweden for Steamboat Springs November 2010 and stayed there for 3months.

Met another Swedish au pair, Caroline. A great girl, just a shame I was leaving a few weeks after we started hanging out. But she was the one that saved me the last few weeks from going bananas.

January 2011 I almost died in BeaverCreek. I had my first ever sled-ride down to the base from the top of the mountain. The same night ended up with an ambulance taking me to the E.R and having a lot of drugs pumped into my system. Made it through though, barely. The next day I was not a happy camper and the longest 2h driive ever awaited me. If I could I would like to erase that weekend completely and I wish that I just would have stayed in the boat with the Swedes instead. Easily the worst experience/memory of 2011.

Before I went home to Sweden, I left the snowstorm for a much warmer climate! I spent a few totally amazing days with Holly & Anthony in NewPortBeach California. I had such an amazing time with them, met so many friendly people and the scenery is unreal! I can't wait to go back!! My first ever SuperBowl party, need I say more? Played beer pong for the first and last time haha. Oh, and I surfed for the first time. The water was cold but Anthony is a great teacher. Holly took so many wonderful photos. Thanks again Holly & Anthony, you guys rock! ;)

February 2011, 2 weeks after my "home-coming" my mother and I moved to Ipswich England.

March 2011 - my father & brother drove out little babygirl over to us. So she stayed with us during the 6months we lived in Ipswich. When my dad was in Ipswich we did a lot of road-trips and a couple to the coast.

 I made two new doggy friends, sadly though Victor passed away during our time in Ipswich. But Vixi and I still spent a lot of time with Dibble when our lovely neighbours were away. I miss my crazy Dibs! Whoever says you can't teach an old dog how to sit is a liar. Haha, his owners were away for a week and when they came back they had a new dog. Lovely lovely doggies!
