shaky legs and dizzy head
Worked out at the gym for about 45 minutes, intense work-out! I'm always shaking and feeling a little bit dizzy/weak afterwards but it's not surprising. Almosty felt like I was going to fall over in the shower, shaky legs! Chicken & broccoli was my dinner tonight, yumm .. I have a real hard time eating after a good work-out but tonight I had a good dinner and now I'm having a nice cup of tea ... bought a new flavour yesterday, rasberry. Wish I could stay awake for another couple of hours, but I think I'm going to call it an early night and snuggle down in bed in a few minutes. Listen to some nice country tunes.
