trying to get some muscles back

Went to the gym tonight with my dad. My second time back in the gym after getting really sick in October. It was soo busy which was rather annoying and after a while my body started shaking. But, I worked out hard for about 45minutes, the time flies when I'm at the gym. Normaly I would be there for about 1,5-2h. But right now I'm just trying to get some muscles back and wake my body up. 

I'm exausted, wish I was asleep already but I just had to watch the new episode of Milred Pierce. Now though it's time for bed at 9:40pm. What can I say, one day I'm up until 00:00 and the next I could be asleep by 9pm.
